Orange is the paranoid one. He’s always looking both ways and over his shoulder, and the stress makes him look older than he is. He is unlikely to ever harm anyone, since he’s too busy watching out for himself!

An M and M costume is a simple affair, which means that much of it falls down to your own personality. Basically, it is a tunic colored and printed with the face of your character of choice, and comes with the cartoony white gloves. Available M and M Costume Sizes

The M and M Halloween costume sizes available are one-size per type of costume. For the classic tunic costume, it is a Standard Adult size. The teens’ version of the tank dress is one-size at Teen Size 13 to 16, while the adults’ version of the tank dress is Adult Size 4 to 10.

Teens might find the tunic versions to be loose, which may restrict movement somewhat. Other than that, you should find it a comfortable fit, and you can wear your own shirt and pants with it. The gloves that come with the tunic style costumes are one-size-fits-most.

Customer feedback on the tank dresses say that they are a little bit shorter than expected. Additionally, the color may differ slightly from the online images. The tunic versions are also quite warm, so it makes for a good choice in colder areas.

The M and M costume is based on characters made as mascots for M&M’s, which are small button-like sugar-shelled candies with a variety of fillings. The most well known are the milk chocolate, peanut, almond, and crispy ones. Other variants include dark chocolate, white chocolate, white mint chocolate, orange chocolate, coconut, pretzel, peanut butter, and wild cherry. All M&M’s have lower-case letter m’s printed on one side.

Mars, Incorporated actually offers 25 different colors of M&M’s, but the ones in common circulation are brown, red, yellow, green, blue, and orange. Due to a shift away from the use of artificial coloring agents, the colors have changed somewhat over the years.

An interesting fact: in 2005, M&M’s Crispy (which had crunchy rice centers) were withdrawn in the USA, despite being the most profitable variant. M&M’s Pretzel has replaced this variant, but the Crispy variant can still be found in Europe, Australia, and Asia.

M and M Movies and TV Shows

The M and M costume line is based on the “spokescandies” created for the brand in the 1990s, alongside the campaign to call in and vote for the next color to replace the rather boring tan.

Capable and cynical Red is the mascot for the Milk Chocolate variant, also known as “Plain”. Gullible and cheerful yellow is the mascot for the Peanut variant, while cool and confident Blue stands for the Almond variant. Green, the seductive and sophisticated female, represents Peanut Butter, Mint, and Dark Chocolate variants. Lastly, the paranoid and twitchy Orange represents the Pretzel variant, the newest of the line of products.

There have been several M&M-themed video games released over the years, with the first one being “M&M’s: The Lost Formulas” for the PC in 2000. The most recent one was “M&M’s Beach Party” for the Nintendo Wii in 2009. The games were a mixed bag, with a few of the games given praise, while others were given abysmal ratings.
